Also called "carasatu", "carasadu", "crasau", or "carta da musica" (music sheet), this artisan bread is a crispy flatbread consisting of circular sheets. Pane Carasau has a special flavor, with heavy hints of cereals, barn and wood burning oven. It is made with flour, water, yeast and salt. This delicious cracker is extremely thin and twice baked for extra crispness.
